Fragrant mushroom soup

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of mushrooms clean and cut into slices
  • ¼ piece of red onion chopped
  • 1 fist of coriander leafless and finely chopped
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
Directions
  • Step 1 Heat a pot with a little olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until transparent.
  • Step 2 Add the mushrooms and sauté for two minutes.
  • Step 3 Add the vegetable stock and let it boil.
  • Step 4 Serve hot and accompany with coriander and chopped chilies.
