About Me

Mariana Diez

Welcome!

Hi, my name is Mariana Diez! I am a wife, mom of a beautiful boy and two Pomeranians, Health Coach,  and passionate fitness professional.

My Story

For me, it has been a very long journey. When I was a teenager, I struggled with food; I tried all kinds of diets and ended up feeling depressed, with low energy and a lack of self-control and self-esteem. I carried this with me for many years until I decided to look for a way to change my toxic beliefs towards food, leave those diets behind and completely redesign my relationship with food.

I started reading a lot about nutrition and reached out to holistic nutrition specialists. In 2013 I completed my training as a Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Later on, I completed another Health Coaching Certification at Georgetown University and in 2015 finished my studies at the Institute of Psychology of Eating.

Throughout all the time I was studying and specializing as a Health Coach, I began to learn about different foods and was able to break the toxic beliefs around food that have been imposed by our society and stop worrying about counting calories and start enjoying food the way it is supposed to.

Additionally, from my health coaching certifications, I had the opportunity to study at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC where I was able to learn the basic fundamentals and skills of healthful cooking and develop a true passion towards cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.

My Entrepreneurial Journey

In 2015 I opened Juicense a healthy food and cold-pressed juice cafe in Miami which I operated for two years, and successfully sold afterward. I developed all of Juicense’s recipes and have also had the opportunity to work with other juice bars and wellness cafes to help develop their menus.

Fast forward after selling Juicense, I became a mom for the first time and this has been the most incredible experience.
